Tenant Find Service

  • Assessment of rental value
  • Extensive advertising of the property
  • Preparation of an inventory
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Referencing and credit checking prospective tenants
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Collecting first month’s rental and security deposit

Rent Receipt Service

As above, with the addition of:

  • Arrange for annual gas safety check
  • Identify items of furniture that do not comply with safety regulations
  • Collection of monthly rent payments
  • Negotiation of tenancy renewal and rent review

Fully Managed Service

As all of the above, with the addition of:

  • Arrange transfer of billing for gas, electricity, water and Council Tax
  • 6 monthly inspections of the property
  • Arrange property repair and maintenance
  • Manage day-to-day contact with your tenant
  • Manage tenant check-out and deductions from security deposit when appropriate
